How do I get points?
The points’ calculation will be based on the below guidelines. Players will accumulate points for every hand they participate as follows:
a) Each player who participated in a hand, but lost it, will get 2 points for his participation.
b) Each player who won the hand will get 1 point for every other player who participated in the hand (excluding him).
For example: in a 6 max table, considering that all players are participating (meaning they saw the flop), the winner will get 5 points (1 point for every participating player excluding himself) and all other players will get 2 points each.
Qualified Hands
Only hands that are considered 'Qualified Hands' are eligible for this promotion. Hands are considered Qualified once the folowing criteria are met:
a) The flop was dealt.
b) There are 3 players or more players participating in the hand.
Leaderboard qualification requirements
Players need to reach a weekly minimum required number of qualified hands in order to be eligible for the Cash Point Leaderboards. There is also a daily maximum of qualified hands from which players can earn points. See the table below:
Table Stakes
Stakes
Max of qualified hands per day
Min of qualified hands per week
Micro Stakes
2c/4c - 5c/10c
40
15
Low Stakes
10c/20 - 50c/$1
50
20
Mid - High Stakes
$1/$2 +
60
25
The maximum is counted from the 1st 'Qualified Hand' of the day (as described above), until reaching the maximum daily allowed as per the stake.
For example: If a Mid - High Stakes player played 80 qualified hands in a day, only their first 60 will be counted (as this is the maximum). And in order for them to qualify for the leaderboard they would have to have played a minimum of 25 qualifed hands each week of that particular cycle.
Micro Stakes
Micro stakes Leaderboard - includes players from Cash Tables with Big Blinds 2c/4c - 5c/10c.
Low Stakes
Low stakes Leaderboard - includes players from Cash Tables with Big Blinds 10c/20c - 50c/$1
Mid - High Stakes
Mid - High Leaderboard - includes players from Cash Tables with Big Blinds $1/$2 and up
Note: Players can take part in the Cash Point by playing with any currency - ($), (£) or (€).
All points are calculated against the dollar value. Each day's counting period is from 00:00:01 – 23:59:59
Leaderboards are updated every day at 14:00 (GMT)
