1. Players must confirm their username, BMR number, full name and address with the points to cash request. These must match those that are registered with the player account.
2. The point cash-in amount requested must be equal to or less than the BM Points accumulated on the player account otherwise the request will be cancelled.
3. While most payments are processed within 72 hours please allow up to 4 business days for each request to be credited to your account once the order has been submitted.
4. Once a request has been confirmed, cancellations or changes to the original request will not be permitted.
5. BetMost Poker reserves the right to change VIP Levels, redemption ratios and any other calculations listed at any time, with no prior notification necessary.
